Making clients successful from brand to demand is job one at BNJ. And who better to lead the effort than Heidi Dethloff—our foreman, QA whip and visionary VP of Client Success? She started her own successful career developing public relations and communications practices at Chicago-area high-tech PR agencies. She built on that experience through marketing leadership positions in the Empire State and then the Rose City. Most recently, Heidi drove global marketing and communications programs for midsize organizations and business partners at IBM, one of the most admired brands in the world. Heidi's known for her go-to-market planning, sales integration and lead management, partner marketing and execution, and digital and influencer marketing. Her client-focused style and results-driven approach are essential to making sure BNJ's account management and relationship model gets every job done right. What more would you expect from someone with solid Midwestern roots and steadfast love for the Green Bay Packers?
